A great new opportunity is now available for someone who is passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience to join our wonderful IT team.

Your remit will cover 1st level support, with an aim of finding a first call resolution; actively work on building and updating knowledge base articles and documentation; and contribution to delivery of IT projects as required.

Interpersonally, we are looking for a strong team player who has great communication skills, excellent problem-solving capability and the ability to work well with a team.

You will bring solid trouble-shooting capability, a strong service ethic and a can-do approach to your work!

Any prior experience gained in an ITIL environment, is an advantage.

Our team work on a rotating 5 day/week roster across 7 days to support our retail network. A willingness to work on a rotational roster is essential.
