About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Learning & Development team for a Learning & Development eCademy Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for the end to end management of our Fantastic eCademy.

The Fantastic eCademy is an internal training program that enables our retail team members to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

The Learning & Development eCademy Coordinator is a key administration and leadership role, accountable for improving the overall student experience through the delivery of exceptional support services both administrative and learner focused. The position plays a key liaison role between team members, leaders and our external RTO partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the continuous improvement of Fantastic eCademy program content, systems and processes.
  • Identifying and addressing learner needs via team member feedback channels such as Learner Completion Surveys and Graduation Outcome Surveys.
  • Ensuring that team members needs are met via an approach of continuous improvement and timely responses.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including enrolled team members, leaders and our RTO partners.
  • Ensuring that administration is efficient, timely and learner centred.
  • Monitor team member progression and provide reporting on program outcomes and progress

 About You

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Broad experience in the design and development of blended-training programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel knowledge

Desirable Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in any of the following fields: Retail, HR or Education
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Experience in a training coordinator or student support role within a Registered Training Organisation
