A great opportunity is now available for a passionate and driven People & Culture Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the National People & Culture Manager, your remit will be to provide support to the team and ensure a seamless people experience across the end to end employee life cycle.

More about the role:

  • Be the first point of contact for all general People & Culture enquiries, with a focus on providing prompt solutions and information
  • Ensure our people have a fantastic employee experience during recruitment, onboarding, induction, and off-boarding, which includes owning the 30/60/90-day touch points for new team members
  • Generate accurate and meaningful weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and metrics
  • Maintain People & Culture resources, documents, and tools on all platforms to ensure that information is readily available, up to date and relevant
  • Provide advice and coaching on ER/IR matters in conjunction with the P&C Advisor
  • Coordinate our employee recognition programs, engagement surveys, and other People & Culture training events and initiatives
  • Actively look for ways to educate the business on People & Culture policies and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Contribute to projects as required

More about YOU!

  • You work hard, but you know how to have fun and can have a laugh!
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role gained in a retail, manufacturing, or supply chain environment
  • Sound understanding of the Retail/Warehousing ER/EA/Awards framework
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering an amazing employee experience, and an ability to think innovatively about bringing ideas and solutions to the table
  • Strong skills using the Microsoft suite
  • HR qualification or similar an advantage
