We are looking for an engaging and commercially focussed individual to join us and act as a true business partner for our Operations team. This role will see you drive end to end sales and CODB analysis for the group to ensure alignment with strategy.

Your remit covers the following:

  • Inform effective decision making through collaborative business partnering and insightful business analysis
  • Use information and insights to generate ideas and areas of focus for improvement in financial performance
  • Develop modelling and reporting to meet business needs
  • Work closely with our Store Manager network and Operations leaders to deliver on financial targets and ensure strong benchmarks are in place

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting/Business with CA/CPA qualification
  • 5-10 years accounting/analytical experience in a business partnering capacity gained in Retail or FMCG
  • Previous experience using an ERP system, along with high proficiency using financial BI tools such as Excel, TM1 and ZAP
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of labour modelling, feasibility analysis, metrics, ratios and how to interpret and apply these
  • Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to build credibility and strong working relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
