This is your opportunity to join us and create a fantastic, world-class shopping experience for our customers. This role will see you work closely with our Retail Design team in the procurement, delivery & setup of Fantastic Furniture's national new & renovated store rollouts.

Your remit

  • Undertaking existing store audits to facilitate the upgrade of existing documentation in line with existing ‘As Built' conditions
  • Liaising with all business stakeholders to facilitate & coordinate the successful delivery of new & renovation store projects across all elements, ensuring these are delivered on time and within budget
  • Acting as a key lead in scheduling & coordinating any base building /fit-out works and ensuring all works are carried out in line with the provided documentation and timelines
  • Assisting (as required) in the physical setup of our showroom including product & fixtures to allow trades to undertake their scheduled works
  • Support our wider Visual Merchandising team between projects with other national rollout initiatives
  • Assist in reviewing systems and processes to develop improved delivery workflows


About YOU

  • Relevant Project Management qualifications
  • Proven Project Management/Coordination background (ideally within a retail environment)
  • Exceptional time management skills, along with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to deliver outstanding results
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel interstate on a regular basis
