We're looking to expand our Store Management team with leaders who are passionate about both their customers & their people. As a Manager in Training, you will be coached and mentored in running a store the 'Fantastic' way. You'll be involved in the operational aspects of managing the store, providing support to the Store Manager and being an escalation point for the team and customers alike.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated retail sales leadership experience (large format store experience a plus)
  • Proven background coaching & developing teams to achieve and exceed KPIs
    A passion for and understanding of what makes a great customer experience
  • Current drivers licence & own car is essential as well as a willingness to travel as required
