700+ passionate team members.

A relentless determination to deliver an amazing customer experience.

We're all about making life FANTASTIC for our customers, our people and our shareholders.

For our teams, this means they can be themselves at work, get the support they need to develop great careers and most importantly have FUN!

We're an iconic Aussie brand part of a bigger, global family of brands including Freedom, Snooze, Plush, Bay Leather Republic, OMF and more! We're passionate about providing opportunities for our people across the board to grow and progress.

We have an exciting opportunity in our digital team for someone with an interest in growing their career in the eCommerce/Digital Product space.

Your remit will be to ensure that our “Fantastic” products and packages are updated regularly on our website, and that products, features and all related content is accurate and easily discoverable.

In managing our product lifecycle online, you will work closely with our products team, marketing teams, agency partners and other members of our e-Commerce team to ensure products are launched on time and with complete and accurate product copy, information and media.  You will also be responsible for archiving and removing products as they exit from our business.

Aside from managing the product catalogue, you will help execute our onsite merchandising strategy which includes managing site content in line with our marketing campaigns, merchandising products and content to improve sales (including upsell and cross-sells), category management and on-site navigation and taxonomy.

As part of a small but high performing team you will have the opportunity to be involved in many interesting and diverse projects and will gain exposure to many aspects of running an Omni-channel business, providing you with a great learning environment and the influence to shape the future of our business.
