We have an exciting opportunity in our digital team for a talented eCommerce/Digital Product & Content Specialist.  This role will see you support the development and improvement of the online customer shopping journey to drive conversion and deliver a better, easier, simpler world class online experience.  You'll be working closely with our graphic designers, PR agency and copy writing providers to ensure the Fantastic Furniture website is industry leading and supports the Omni-channel goals of the business. 

About the role

  • Manage website and mobile site content
  • Ensure web pages are used to their best potential with engaging and call to action content in line with the brand and customer value proposition
  • Ensures all display banners and content pages are accurate and meet campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Update the site as required with campaign assets via the CMS platform
  • Manage the monthly production of our online catalogues
  • Provide site and campaign performance insights to the marketing team as required
  • Manage content and copy for 3rd party marketplaces
  • Work with Marketing team to plan and implement website conversion rate optimisation plan
  • Log and support eCommerce team with UAT to support operational upgrades

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a retail ecommerce environment
  • Proven skills using a CMS or ecommerce platform
  • Ability to determine product data requirements to facilitate search and navigation
  • Experience determining and optimizing content requirements
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics platform
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, Display, Social marketing, Retargeting, and Affiliate Marketing is highly desirable
